Service Description
For those interested in training in Olympic-style weightlifting! This package is for remote training which includes a full training programming and video review. Training programs are typically 3-5 days per week, for 5 weeks. This is good for beginners, intermediate, and advanced level weightlifters. Great for those who want to compete in the sport of weightlifting but also great for those who just want to learn how to lift!
